I'm Mariam Seddiq, an Australian designer and I like to say I design for the
bold-hearted. Over time, I found my voice in blending couture-level craftsmanship with ready-to-wear attitude. Every collection is a balance of strength and softness, just like the women I design for. It’s been a ride of creativity, resilience, and a lot of fabric!
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR BRAND'S PHILOSOPHY?
Think structured chaos meets wearable art. My designs celebrate individuality, power, and fearless femininity, always with a tailored edge and a dramatic
flair.

Empowerment, craftsmanship, and creative freedom. I design for those who dare to stand out and make a statement, without saying a word.

HOW DID HOSIERY PLAY A ROLE IN THE AFW COLLECTION?
Hosiery was the unexpected hero, it added a sleek, sculptural layer to the
looks, extending the lines of the silhouette and injecting a quiet confidence into every step on the runway.
WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE AFW COLLECTION?
It was a love letter to strong women and soft rebellion, a fusion of elegance and edge, inspired by both old-world couture and the electric pulse of modern femininity.
HOW DID LEVANTE HOSIERY COMPLEMENT THE OVERALL MOOD OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Levante hosiery added depth and dimension. It softened sharp tailoring, elevated the feminine form, and added that luxe texture that brought the collection full circle, refined yet fierce.
FAVOURITE MOMENT DURING AFW?
My favourite moment is the finale, when you see the entire collection on the runway.
